Lovely staff and great location. The only downside is that the hotel is just really really hot. The heat hits you as you enter which can be nice on a February day but when your bedroom is hotter than the sufface of the sun at 3am it is stifling.

Really disappointed with the checking in process. They cancelled one of my rooms then took 40 minutes to tell me it was an Expedia problem. Then when we came back after they supposedly sorted it, they gave us a dirty room. This is with three kids at 11:00 at night. The breakfast was very nice.

Comfortable and clean, nice to have a nespresso machine, iron, everything! Cleaning staff particularly pleasant. I would definitely stay there again. My only reservation is the pool is far too hard to access- you have to book your place, get your key adjusted... I got lost working out how to access it.
