The room was generally in good condition but furniture does need to be upgraded. I also did not enjoy having a separate toilet (with no sink) and having to walk over to the bathroom to wash my hands, just didn’t feel hygienic

Very disappointed. I paid more for this hotel in between a busy weekend with an early shift. The .ain reason to use the pool and relax for 12 hours. I found the staff unhelpful and rude. The pool was closed with no prior warning

Room was not clean as we found pubes all over the shower, bath and event the bed. We asked for a room for two adults and two kids. I wouldn’t be happy to stay in there for one adult let alone the rest of the family as it was far too small and cramped. Staff did not make us feel welcome from the start and when asked if we could possibly use a microwave to sterilise our babies bottles, they ignored me on multiple occasions
