Great location. First time in London. This place is close to a tube (subway). A few pubs and restaurants nearby. Tower of London is a 3 minute walk. Restaurant /pub inside the hotel is very good.

The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from a tube station on lines that hit all the major tourist destinations. Our room was comfortable, quite roomy (for London), bathroom, linens, towels, etc all good quality. Front desk staff helpful and friendly, and the restaurant was good for drinks or a quick meal.

Didn’t like having to load and access an App to ask for anything. No phone in room and had to use App to talk to reception. Had to order toilet paper on App!! Sheets never changed in 5 day stay. Had to pay forty pounds to check into room early and another 10 pounds for a later checkout (only 2 hours extra). Unannounced fire alarm drill had us walk down 6 floors to be told it was an unannounced staff exercise!!! No comms over public address system. No lotion, toothbrushes or shaving equipment in room and had to refer on App if wanted. Response to any App requests could be several hours later. Room was noisy when posted as sound proofed and Black out curtains did not fit properly so didn’t work. Breakfast was very expensive. Arrangements made in person at reception were not passed on to next shift. Won’t be staying here again.

Great value, steps from the Tower of London

Perfect location, mere steps off the tube station at Tower Hill. A 2 minute walk to the Tower and a couple more to the Tower Bridge. Good dining options within walking distance although the hotel restaurant service was quite slow. The breakfast had standard hot and cold breakfast options to suit all tastes. Nice room, very open concept with plenty of space for 2 people.

My recent stay at the Novotel London Tower Bridge was genuinely impressive, exceeding all my expectations. Even though I booked an entry-level room anticipating a basic experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional cleanliness, modern décor, and overall comfort. The bed was particularly comfortable, complemented perfectly by convenient power points and USB sockets located at the desk area, ideal for today's traveller. The bathroom stood out notably, spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a large shower with a luxurious rainfall showerhead. In addition to my own room, I explored two other categories—the Standard Premium and Executive rooms—which maintained the same high standard of quality. Breakfast at Novotel was outstanding, especially my favourite choices: sausages, hash browns, baked beans, and fried tomatoes. The sausages, in particular, were a standout—lean, flavourful, and clearly sourced fresh rather than pre-packaged. One highlight I regret not mentioning in the video is the outstanding hospitality provided by every member of staff. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly elevated my stay, showcasing an exceptional level of customer service. Overall, Novotel London Tower Bridge earns a big thumbs-up from me—highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality in London. Check in early with no fee would be appreciate!

Great hotel with friendly staff. We arrived around 2p after 10 hours flying overnight and were told it would be an extra 40 pounds to check in an hour early, I think exceptions should be made because it’s only an hour. We left at 730a this morning and I wasn’t offered a refund to leave early…. There should be and needs to be more flexible to travelers!

Layout of room was inconvenient

Not our favorite. Sink was in bedroom area and was in the way. Separate toilet room and shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Also breakfast was very good.

Nice location, breakfast is recommended because in sites around the hotel is way more expensive. Lack of amenities in the bathroom. Don´t book through Expedia because if you cancel due to grave incidents out of your control, they don´t show up accordingly. My brother had to cancel his trip because of the Heathrow fire and the hotel and Expedia charged him one full night, although I advised the hotel in advance of the unwilling cancellation.
