Nice cosy hotel to visit central London

Family travel split in two rooms. The room in the 5th floor was comfortable and clean. We liked that it was cosy and facing the patio. The sun light in the morning was great. People at reception and breakfast were nice and efficient. Breakfast is ok for 12 GBP. They have gluten free bread if you ask for it. The only areas of improvement would be that in the room you hear all noise in the corridor (mainly people talking going in and out rooms, ask for one at the end of the corridor to keep this down to minimum), and the blind in the window being broke, so we did not use it to allow more or less light during our stay. It's very close to public transport. Good location to visit London.

Nice size room, very clean and comfortable. Fridge in the room was a nice bonus. Staff could not have been more helpful. Really convenient for Gloucester Road tube station.

The hotel is located near the station. The staff is kind and friendly. Breakfast is good. But unfortunately, there is not a good restaurant near the hotel. The bed is close to the window so I felt cold when i slept.

My daughter stayed here with another college student while studying abroad. Staff was very nice and answered questions prior to arrival. She said it was conveniently located to many sites and perfect for a first-trip to the UK. Thank you hotel staff!
