The location is great, and staff super nice and helpful. The breakfast was fresh, especially the vegetables and eggs (cooked perfect). The room was not clean, especially the toilet when first checking in. I was super jet lagged and did not have the energy to ask for a different room. The carpet was also not clean, and bed-mattress was clunky

Location, location! Good room, with queen bed (not a tiny double), working AC. Hotel has a surprisingly good paid breakfast, with much better meat and pastry options than many. What really makes it though is just a wonderful location in Kensington, walkable to the park, tons of restaurants, and only 2 blocks to Gloucester tube station which is on 3 main lines.

On a short notice, the front desk staffs went above and beyond to help us get a taxi to the airport on a rainy day and even kindly prepared a bag of pastries and fruits for us when we did not have time to eat breakfast that morning. We really appreciate their effort.

The entrance to the hotel was extremely clean and welcoming. Once in the room, we realized the floor was stained and not clean, the shower had noticeable mold. The air conditioning was not working and we were unable to open the windows. The staff informed us the widows can only be opened by maintenance for a few hours a day. Overall price was not worth the amenities.

Hotel was very conveniently located and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast was delicious, consistent and well worth the cost. My only complaint would be that neither of the sinks in the bathroom drained well which made shaving difficult. I understand that the section in which we stayed will be closed for remodeling soon so hopefully that issue will be resolved. Despite the drainage issue I would definitely recommend this hotel.
