Very small room, could not get into bed on one side. No tea making facilities in the room. Bathroom door would not close and the sink did not drain away properly. Did not think that this room was value for money at all at nearly £300. A most uncomfortable room.

We never housekeeping services. So we had to ask for extra towels , toilets paper and had to throw away our own garbage Room was extremely small for two people. No closet or dresser or even space to walk.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Point a Kensington. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean. This hotel is located in a quiet and safe area very close to the Earls Court underground station. We really recommend it if you plan on visiting London

Good out of the bustle of Downtown London. Staff was friendly and attentive and room was clean and neat. 5 min walk to train, food and shopping.

Please don’t be duped into paying an upgrade for a window room. I upgraded when originally booking and we had no view at all. Not worth the extra money. Photos on website look NOTHING like the room I paid for. If you prefer a harder bed then these beds won’t help you. Very soft mattress. Rooms not very clean. Wouldn’t stay here again. Staff very nice though.
