The hotel is tired, my room had a noisy AC and there was only 1 bottle of water in the room. Carpet was stained, and i booked a king but they gave me a double. Never again, expect so much more when paying extortionate amounts.

The staff were fantastic, breakfast excellent and bed comfortable. The downside was the air conditioning which I couldn’t switch off, but mostly the lack of mirror as I was dressing for an evening event but the only mirror was attached to the wardrobe and it opened facing the wall. I couldn’t see anything and it was squashed by the bedside cabinet that is attached….so styling hair and checking attire was a non event 🙈

This hotel is within good walking distance from both Euston station and King's Cross station. Very convenient. Rooms are decent sized though a bit dated but very comfortable stay.
