Due to unforeseen circumstances, the work cannot be completed as quickly as we had planned. This situation is not common to us but when it does occur, it frustrates our valued guests and staff. We appreciate that you bring your concern about the cleanliness to our attention. This valuable feedback has been forwarded to the housekeeping team for their further action.Also, we no longer served breakfast for a few years by now, and the notice is posted on our website, our partners' websites, and at the reception.
