The staff were lovely they couldn’t do enough for you, room was ok, mattress on the big bed wasn’t great, pillows are very flat, 2 plug sockets were burnt out so couldn’t be used. Carpet was very dusty. Cups could be bigger for a tea or coffee & replenished daily. Apart from a few minor details that could be fixed we were happy with the location

Staff very good,very friendly.Room clean and bed comfortable. Only thing that let it down was the smoke alarm in the room,bright green light.I like a dark room when sleeping and the light is to bright.
Other than a small appliance (coffee maker) that needed replacement because it was not working properly, the room itself, location, staff and all around quality of the hotel was very good, reasonably priced for its value, and would be recommended for guests and visitors who want convenient access to Paddington Stn (and the very efficient and well-connected Elizabeth Line, and other lines/tube hubs of Paddington incl. LHR airport!) as well as lovely Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park. Overall recommended for mid-priced and good value stays in Central London.

Staff were great, room was warm & clean- location is amazing for the cost.
Only one star down as don't expect a 4 star hotel, but we will revisit.
The setting of the hotel is marvellous very well decorated, bedroom nice and the staff were terrific. Right next to hyde Park and easy bus ride into city. Will be going again
had a great stay , room was fine , very quiet safe area near paddington and Hyde park , Queensway an bayswater tube just a little stroll away , what can I say lovely staff , plenty of selection at breakfast , slept well , very clean.

El segundo día la energía eléctrica de la habitación falló y no había calefacción ni televisión ni nada…
No es la habitación que está en la imagen … esperábamos una cama grande como la foto pero nos dieron dos camas como esta en la descripción

Whole property didn't have hot water during the Christmas period. Mattresses were worn out. The property has potential but it's neglected and poorly managed. Staff needs training on professionalism and communication (only Ali and another staff member were great and genuinely trying to help, but clearly this is a bigger problem than they can handle). We weren't informed about the hot water issue upon check-in, we were only informed after we asked why there's no hot water in the shower the next day. Upon check-in on Christmas eve, receptionist told us that breakfast on Christmas day would close at 11am but we were turned away in the restaurant when we showed up at 10:15 saying that they already closed. I asked the same receptionist if he could ask the restaurant to prepare something light and he told me he will check and get back to me. He never got back to me.
Funny note: I was trying to call reception from the phone in the room by pressing the reception button but kept getting connected with another resident in the hotel who was complaining about the hot water, we laughed at how this hotel is a joke.
Due to the hot water situation, we checked-out a day early but hotel management is refusing to issue a refund for the last night of the booking.
No hot water for a shower the evening before or the morning. Was told it had been broken since Thursday (4 days ago). And had bugs in the sheets. Not impressed

This stay was for one night only with my wife and our two children (ages 9 and 2). The main bed was acceptable; however, both my wife and I woke up feeling very itchy.
The second bed provided for the children was in very poor condition. It was extremely wobbly and felt as though it might collapse, which was concerning for our children’s safety.
Additionally, the fridge was not working. We also noticed that the carpet around the base of the fridge was lifted, and there were small jumping insects present, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic.
