Paid 20% more to have bigger room but ended up with room smaller than our friends who did not upgrade. Location is very convenient however, the lift needs to be improved. it's one button to press for going up and down. so it's a long wait for lift (and lift is usually full if u are in the middle levels)

Personal de recepción muy amable. Ubicación excelente. Habitación y cama muy pequeñas. Limpieza buena. Elevadores muy ineficientes, son muy lentos y hay mucha gente en el hotel a veces era mejor llegar a tu habitación por las escaleras mismas que estaban llenas también. Por el precio lo recomiendo.

The room is clean. But the shower was not working well that I needed to hold the button to ensure the shower water coming from the top. It’s charged 10 ponds for a piece of suitcase storage. There was no kettle in the room. You have to request one when you need it. The staff said that it caused more work for them under this arrangement.

Don't be deceived by the pictures, the rooms are not updated, and in a period of building work everywhere (and it happens before 9am!). You don't get any hand towels, and no tea/coffee facilities. there are three restaurants, but also plenty around. No-one tells you the luggage storage costs £10 an item.

No tea and coffee facilities any more but I would have still paid for these when I booked before the hotel changed companies. Had to ask for the shower and toilet to be plunged. There was a water machine right outside the room which was extremely noisy. I had to put a blanket at the base of the door to block out the very bright light from the corridor. Should not be charging £10 to put bags in so therefore had to pay for early check-in anyway.

Rooms small. Main issue is the walls are too thin, you can hear conversations being held inside rooms across from your room. So don’t expect to get a good nights rest. Check was smooth

Check-in perfunctory, no hello, enjoy your stay etc. Lobby under renovation so check-in very make-shift. Used to stay here and sad to see no tea making facilities in rooms and shower head pipe leaked. Reno could have been better.

We had an extremely unpleasant experience with the concierge. Not only did we have to pay £10 to leave our luggage at the hotel (which is already quite frustrating), but the concierge was also very rude and accused us of trying to “cheat” by paying for only one bag when we had two to store. As a result, I was forced to pay three times for two pieces of luggage. The next day, when I checked my bank account and was able to prove that I had overpaid, the concierge did not even apologize. Even worse, he questioned the new payment I made for one piece of luggage, despite the fact that I had already overpaid the first time. I felt deeply disrespected by this interaction and by being doubted twice. Although everything else about the hotel was excellent, this experience was so disappointing that I will not return and will not recommend your hotel. There are more expensive options in the area, and that is where my family and I have booked for our trip this summer. I travel to London very often and have never been treated so poorly by a concierge. Frankly, charging separately for luggage storage feels like a poor commercial decision. It would be much better to include this service in the room rate. Having to deal with unexpected add-on charges while on vacation is frustrating and unnecessary — it’s the last thing guests want to worry about. I sincerely hope you will address this matter.
