Walkable for many tourist areas. Close to bus routes. Hotel is clean and upgraded from when I stayed there 25 years ago. More dining options from inside hotel. 24 hr cafe was the best. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
The room was exceptionally small with a twin bed. The TV did not work, the lamps didn’t work, and the AC shut off every 45 minutes. The hotel is also under construction which was not advertised so the noise level was very loud. On top of that you could hear everything in the room above, next door, and everything outside. The staff was friendly and the shower was nice but overall I could not sleep at all because of the noise and the heat. Quite disappointing.
We got rooms without airco's and were told by the receptionist that it was stated on their website which is not the case. We did get other rooms with airco's with the help of the manager but had to pay extra. The construction noise was supposed to start at 9/ 10 in the morning but it started much earlier so it was hard to sleep in.

I asked via Expedia for twin beds. The hotel said they never received the request. Disappointing.
Very Central London Location, Great for shopping in Oxford Street and Very Handy for British Museum. Checked in with no issues, but Lifts can be demanding, as far too many rooms for the amount of Lifts and one was out of Order for the duration of our stay. So waited for about 5 Lifts as we were on 5th floor and they were full going down on check out with Luggage. No Air Con, so very uncomfortable during London Heatwave.
Friendly and attentive staff. Convenient location, close to tube, walking distance to many popular London Attractions! Walking distance to the Theatre District and Chinatown/Soho. Many shops and restaurants close by, including 3 great restaurants right in the Hotel. Only complaint was the elevators were right next to our room and made very loud screeching noises.
Property is being renovated. Old rooms are small, oddly shaped and very shabby. Room did not match the picture and while it is in a good area to get on and off the tube or go to a show, there aren't restaurants near by except in the hotel which were very crowded and over priced. The street noise is very high at all times of day and night. This is a hotel to stay at if you are on a school trip because it's like staying in a dormitory.
Idea for the Tottenham tube station which will connect to any where in the city.

I chose this hotel for its locality to all amenities. It was so central to everywhere we needed to go, we were able to walk to everything Covent Garden Leicester Square. The hotel upgraded our room with no extra cost to us due to renovation work taking in the hotel, the room was clean & tidy tea & coffee facilities available and the room was cleaned whilst we were out on the second day of our 3 day stay. I would certainly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Good value for the price. We had a twin room and it was very small, but there was a separate section with a loveseat and desk so that made it bearable. Breakfast is not included, but they do have a full breakfast if you want to eat there. Very close to the Tottenham Court tube station. If you go in the summer, heads up that the AC can barely keep up when the temperatures are in the 80s. Sometimes it took a while for the elevator to come. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The staff and location were good. My 3 star rating is because there are not enough elevators for the number of hotel rooms. Guests were walking down 9 sets of stairs rather than wait 15 minutes for the elevator. When leaving with luggage, you had no choice but to wait it out.
Small but cozy room that was a good base for exploring central London. Soho is across the street. Tube station is on the same block. Theater district a few blocks away. Good place!
