Hotel was very nice, would stay again. Restaurants and main bar / longer were very good. Food was excellent. Rooms are a little tired and was a little underwhelming for the standard of hotel but overall very good and as mentioned would stay again.

Staff member was very personable at check-in. Very strange the hotel has a policy of asking guests to pay a £12 plus service charge (not to be confused with the city tax). Room was clean but very basic - one office chair, no comfortable seating. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom small, had to get into the bath to reach the taps when I wanted a bath. Maybe going through Hotels.com was why we had such a basic room with a wall by the bed which appeared to be dedicated to the air-conditioning units on the floor
