Great location, nice rooms, but a bit stuffy

The location is unbeatable, just in front of the Marylebone station. The hotel is beautiful, and has an awesome inner winter garden, and a lovely bar. Staff is wonderful. Our room and its bathroom were nice and big. My only reservation is that you can't open a window, and although I tried to set the air conditioning correctly, it was often somewhat hot and stuffy in our room, which meant I didn't sleep so well (a pity, since the bed was big and extremely comfortable).

Business trip

Stayed in this hotel for a business trip and was very happy with the overall experience. Great location opposite Maryelbone station, which makes so many destinations close at hand. Beautiful hotel, rooms are fine but not spectacular. Beautiful central atrium too. Looking forward to staying again!!

An experience

Enjoyed our stay Tracey was anazing and accommodating to our requirements very commendable service and always responded in a respectable manner, would have preferred breakfast included in the price that's my only criticism, and we were woken too early by room service as we didn't know to use the button. So woken unexpectedly. Outstanding experience and would recommend the hotel and would live to come again. Thank you Tracey for all help

Landmark and nothing else

The Landmark is always worth a stay - it will give you all the comfort you need as a business traveller. It's superb interior makes you feel special. The rooms a spacious and the food in the restaurants is excellent. It's a must for business travellers.
