A bit tired

This hotel is Ok. Handy location and nice bar. The hotel itself is tired , needs a refurbishment. Leather panelling in foyer is ripped. Carpet is old . Wallpaper is dreadful.

The lobby was small and the decor and walls were in need of repair. Leather peeling from the padded walls. Carpet very worn in the stair wells. Windows in our room were dirty. The key cards did not work, I went down to the front desk about a dozen times in the course of a week to get new ones.

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff. Nice comfortable room with good coffee maker and good bath/shower. Excellent location near Oxford Street and very accessible from Bond Street Tube. Standout in this hotel are the excellent staff - super friendly and so helpful.

The hotel staff here is exceptional! They are 5 star trained. It was unbelievable. I will only be staying at this hotel from now on when I'm in London for the staff alone. Not only are they extremely helpful, but they made my stay so enjoyable. Felt like a my family away from home!

Lovely location and super friendly staff, very clean and comfy beds, aircon great. Our Room was very small, no where to sit in the room which was disappointing and bathroom tiny, I know things more expensive now but for £300 per night I expected more room and a bit more luxury, pictures on website showed pics of luxury bathroom amenities but we didn’t have any. Would have liked fresh milk in the Fridge, but that’s a small thing I know. Overall nice hotel, great location, we slept well, however for price have had nicer in central London.
