The room was OK although not worth the premium price and as for the £30 gratuity billed after my stay - lets just say the hotel should pay a living wage and not add a surcharge after the fact to paying customers?

The restaurant outlets were fantastic In guv'nors suite only slight thought is the smaller bedroom can hear quite a bit of street noise perhaps an upgraded triple pane window wd work Bedding and mattresses were divine!! NEVER get rid of those slippers. We have traveled every continent and never had slippers as comfortable as the red carnation i will.come back for the beds, slippers and lounge! Happy new year
