Lovely hotel but needs a hot tub in the spa. Sometimes basic room service is very slow. I requested a bucket of ice and it took 30 minutes to arrive. I reported this to reception who gave us some complimentary champagne.

Fantastic hotel

We were lucky enough to be in a Riverview Suite and it was amazing, everything you would expect and more, with butler service and the Savoy Rolls Royce at our disposal. Afternoon tea was gorgeous, as were the cocktails in the beautiful Beaufort Bar. Overall an incredible experience.

A few issues upon checking in and throughout the first day of my stay, but they know how to apologise and the staff were very good.

Amazing

A special treat

Staff lovely hotel lovely , however very veryvdisppointed in the terrible view looked liked we looked out onto an industrial site pipes etc very poor and I wouldn't of Stayed there if I knew about this i don't expect to pay 360 to get this view so bad we couldn't look out of the window we should of been told , we had to change rooms for extra 50 pounds found that quite upsetting on our ten anniversary felt was miss sold this room, and don't expect to pay more money when room was so bad spolikt the experience , I really expect to get the extra. Money back

A shame

The Savoy is a fabulous hotel; the room was beautiful and the cocktail bar fun. However, our trip was spoilt by an early morning fire alarm at 7.30, but compounded by housekeeping knocking the door at 8.45 to clean down the room. We could stay until 12. When I spoke to the hotel they said a manager would call me, but they never and at check out there was no attempt make good these basic mistakes. Finally and worrying; on arrival the hotel had merged my details with a guest from the US and were to charge his card with my account!

Great hotel !

This was 40th wedding anniversary break .Great hotel and great location for other things we had in mind doing! Had to mark it down one star as room was a fraction too small, bathroom was not special either and our "river view " room looked straight into office opposite with windows left open for weekend !
