Great hotel appartments great staff friendly and polite service great location too within 5 minutes walk of Paddington station. Some rooms are small but ideal for solo travellers. 10/10 one of the best in London and great prices too.

Very good hotel and location. Clean and lots of handy stuff that you wouldn’t find in many other hotel rooms, microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer! Only downfall which is not the hotels fault would be people with concrete boots above walking around causing annoying noise throughout the day and night

Rooms were spotlessly clean, bed linen was pristine white, the rooms had everything we needed for our short stay. It is a pity there is no food available in the Hotel but there are plenty of places to eat nearby.
