We were booked into the Thistle London and were moved to a sister location due to overbooking. We were in a disability room that was awkward for us to use sink and the shower did not drain properly.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during a work trip to London and had a wonderful experience. It’s in the heart of the city and tourist area, yet quiet and relaxing—perfect after a long day. It was also very close to my office. The staff were fantastic, especially Malik and Khadijah, who were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My family joined me for the last four days, and they loved it too. Highly recommend, especially for colleagues traveling to our London office. I’ll definitely be back!

Very good position and very close to Piccadilly Circus. Room was adequate for 3 people we stayed in a Junior suite. Reported issues with the bathroom when we arrived but this not sorted out which was disappointing.

Great value

Picked this hotel based upon its location and value because we were in London for one brief night at the end of a trip. The other nights we purposely chose to stay in nicer hotels. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a junior suite without our asking. It had the best hot water supply, a comfortable shower space and showerhead, the nicest towels (although still not as plush/soft as I use at home). I was also happy to have use of a robe. The room was clean. Staff were friendly and allowed us a delayed checkout. The negatives- the furniture and fixtures were worn and chipped. Still on balance, if you're looking for value this was absolutely worth it

Prime/very convenient location

Stayed in Thistle Piccadilly for 5 nights in mid May. This hotel is in prime location, everything is in walkable distance. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Comfortable beds. The hotel is somewhat renovated' but not new/modern.

If you're in London to see theatre you're surrounded by it here. West End theatres are down the block. Trafalgar Square and St Martin in the Fields are in easy walking distance. The bed is comfortable. The shower floor is EXTREMELY SLIPPERY. A shower mat is available but not actually in your room. One thing we appreciated is if you opt out of daily housekeeping they give you a coupon that will cover a flat white and croissant at the coffee shop next door.
