Great staff. Great location, Good breakfast buffet, Safe & secure at night. Room was looking a bit dated. Crack in the sink. Painted poorly in the bathroom. Bed was smaller than the mattress so kept slipping off the edge of the bed. After all that I would still stay in the future as the location was perfect for the West End.

Hotel was ideally situated by Leicester Square Staff were very helpful Breakfast was pretty good cooked as well as continental enough variety to help you start your day Rooms were clean and the bed super comfy fresh fluffy towels daily dressing gowns and slippers hair dryer Iron tea coffee and a fridge. The hotel was excellent value I have stayed in a few London hotels but one things for sure I will definitely stay here again highly recommend.

Waited 30 mins to be served for a drink at the bar, the barmaid said she would be 1 min but served 4 others before us so we got up amd went to a different location for a drink. We also had no tv control in our room when we booked in and had to ask 3 times for one amd eventually getting it after nearly.5 hours. the room was nice

We paid for a deluxe room which wasn’t much more expensive than a standard room. The room was very big for central London. Huge comfortable bed. Excellent facilities, fridge, safe, coffee machine, ironing facilities, large TV. Breakfast was £18 per head if booked the night before. Very good choice and friendly helpful staff. Only slight disappointment was the bar, no draught beer and a very limited selection of just a few bottled beers. Excellent location.
