Great location. Bathroom was dated and needs updating. Very poor cold water pressure in bath and difficult to regulate water temperature with old tap. Poor sound proofing between rooms - sounded like next room was showering in our room ! On a plus note the staff were very friendly and courteous.

Walls very thin, could hear family in the next room talking. Room very cool, couldn’t get it above 20 and outside was around zero. Beds very very firm. Room cleanish, could do with a proper clean. Bathroom good, towel big if a little old and thin. Public areas clean except cleaner leaving hoover/cleaning trolley near bottom of stairs which was a bit of a hazard. Wouldn’t stay again due to noise and I was cold.

Went to London to celebrate a very close friend's 60th birthday. The whole stau at th hotel was very memorable.Wonderful front desk staff during check-in and checkout. Night staff very welcoming too. Breakast staff and front desk staff all so lovely friendly and helpful. Choice of self serve continental and full breakfast. Unlimited tea and coffee and breakfast juice. Central to Trafalgar Square/ Covent garden. Would definitely stay again. Thank you all for making our stay a memorable one.
