Shuttle bus was not working when I landed in Madrid, the hotel is rather far from the airport and I had to pay 24€ for the taxi, besides wasting time looking for the shuttle bus and calling the hotel. No restaurant or anything around. Better to stay in the city then.

When we arrived at the hotel, they notify us it had been cancelled. We did not get a noticed in advanced. They said the hotel was full, we had to go to another hotel paying double of what our reservation was. We did not get shuttle service and had to pay for a Uber. We were travelling with a handicapped person that needs a scooter to move. That makes things more difficult. No can explained why was cancelled.

Hotel like a welcome hug after travel chaos

Excellent hotel, highly recommended. Staff very helpful, room and breakfast were fabulous, beds huge and comfortable. Availability of shuttle to airport made my decision to book this hotel.
