We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect—situated in a safe, quiet neighborhood that felt ideal for families. It was just a short drive to the center of Madrid, which made sightseeing super convenient, and being close to the train station was a huge plus for day trips. The area felt peaceful, yet well-connected. Overall, it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again!

I booked this place for a friend who is blind and her two daughters. One daughter left her phone in a taxi and the hotel staff went the extra mile to help retrieve it. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. It was a very nice place to stay, with great employees.

The hotel is a little outdated but they maintain well, they have underground gym with class for hotel customer to enjoy, It is close to a lot of place for life easy access. The only negative thing is the owner can consider putting sound proof device or glass, without those, the guest like us can’t get good sleeping as outside is like city central.

Good location to Retiro Park area. Meto stop across the street. While it did have a privacy screen on the window that you can still see out of, the shower tub basically is in front of it facing the busy roundabout.
