We didn’t really have control over the AC but it was set to a good temperature. Everything else was perfect. The bed was so comfy and the rooms and bathroom was so nice. Planning on returning here asap

Hotel ILUNION Alcalá Norte was perfect outside the city since I don’t like crowds that much. Publix transportation was very easy to access, buses outside and train within walking distance. The hotel was definitely comfortable and clean as well. For my first time in Madrid, I’m glad I stayed here.

Super comfortable stay.

Very nice hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms and very handy for the Riyadh Air Metropolitano Stadium (about 25 minute walk). Reception was efficient and friendly. Had a bar in the main foyer and you can order a range of choices to eat for lunch or dinner. Only criticism was food service (ordering) was a not great. We ended up going to McDonald's up the road (5 mins walk). Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice of buffet. Disappointed the bar seemed to close in the evening quite early. We returned from the show we went to see at around 11:30pm and the bar was shut, which was odd for a large Hotel.

Good value for money

The hotel is a bit outdated, the staff is proffessional and friendly. The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast could also be improved with more healthy options. I was there during the big power outage in Spain and I was surprised that the hotel did not have generators to power the critical infrastructure in the building. I need to praise the staff during that day as they were beyond their duty to help everyone, especially the waiters in the cafe/restaurant who were under a lot of preassure but they did brilliantly.
