The property was great, not too far from airport. The breakfast was good. Alot of variety. The shuttle service to and from the airport was great. The only problem we had was that the A/C was not working. We were told they do not use it in the winter. So that was not good. Luckily my husband was able to open a window.

Clean room with nice staff. Freeway noise was white noise, but human noise kept me awake. Restaurant has limited options but tasty & staff attentive. Either had the best veggie burger ever or it was beef. Limited amenities, no wash cloth (typical of Spain), no tissues, limited soap & a combo hair & body soap in shower. Good for the price & close to airport with hourly shuttle. Recommend this property if you have a layover between flights. For extended stay & sightseeing, a downtown hotel may be better.

This was the second time I have stayed here and I would definitely choose this hotel again. It offers a convenient airport shuttle and a delicious restaurant. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The room service is quick and tasty. Overall, this hotel is an excellent place to stay.

Easy and convenient to the airport. The only issue we had was temperature. We were so hot. The air conditioning never cooled the room down. Since we only stayed one night we didn't mention it to the desk. The shuttle was super! Breakfast was tasty. Staff was friendly!

Reasonable but pleasant hotel.

Located close to the airport but a little far from center of Madrid. You will have to best commute by taxi or Uber which can be pricey. The good thing is that there is a fee shuttle to the airport which takes the stress off finding transportation there. The hotel was very modern and staff were friendly and courteous. I had a pleasant and relaxed stay.
