We picked this hotel for its free airport shuttle service but we found it hard to use and inconvenient. On Arrival you are required to call for a pickup but for tourists this is a costly international call since they don’t have WhatsApp. To make it worse they don’t pick up the phone and system puts you on hold for long time and then the call drops. After several costly attempts we selected “Spanish” and this time someone responded and sent us the shuttle. The worst part is going back to the airport: they only run once an hour and if the shuttle list gets full you have to go an entire hour earlier. Not quite the service we’ve expected

I didn’t like the cleanliness my shower had hair on the walls when we checked in complained to hotel staff even submitted a photo and hours later after being told it would be taken care of came back to room to find it was not done. That alone turned what would have been a great experience into something else. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby is nicely arranged.

A wonderful end to our stay in Madrid! The facility was clean and well maintained. The room was large and nicely appointed, including a Nespresso machine. The buffet/restaurant was lovely. and the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with shuttle. We will visit again!
