The wait for the airport shuttle wasn't too long. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and quiet. The restaurant makes a good Sangria! Within walking distance to Centro Comercial Plenilunio for additional eating options.

Clean, spacious room. Helpful staff. Hotel has a restaurant with a nice menu. Public spaces aren’t decorated well, but are very roomy. Overall nice place to stay if want to be close to the airport.

I loved the friendly staff that always were at hand to assist me. I am visually impaired and they took this into consideration when placing me into a room. The amenities were above expectations, I felt like I was at my second home away from home. This is my third time staying here and each visit is better than the previous ones.

Pretty much what you expect for an airport hotel. Shuttle to the airport only run every hour so we ended up taking an uber so get some extra sleep (just note if your flight falls at a time where top of the hour doesn’t work). We went when it was cold outside and the room was very hot. Tried to turn the air on and didn’t do anything. For the rate I would do it again knowing these things.
