The hotel itself was lovely. The breakfast and snacks as per of the Level package were really good. There was a power and water cut int he night on the second day which no one was informed of. We were on the 12th floor with no lift so highly dangerous. The next morning at breakfast there was a horrific driving from the works outside on the hotel, the whole way through breakfast which was poor. If I had known there were works going on, I may not have booked. Nothing was said in the communications with the hotel before. I found out on arrival after I had gotten lost finding the hotel as it’s under scaffolding at the entrance!

The room was great, very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Great location, very close to a metro station, 6-7 minutes walk from Plaza Espana, next to many restaurants. The poll is small, not like in the picture, and you have to make a reservation in order to get in, the order is for only 45 minutes.

The staff were incredible. They were thoughtful and helpful . While the property has exterior construction, the rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was incredible. It was a great location able to amble right into the excitement of central Madrid.

Very professional and friendly staff, the hotel was super clean, quiet and very convenient for our stay. There were some construction and repairs on the surrounding but we were able to enjoy the place. I will love staying in the future.
