Good hotel

This is a nice hotel. We stayed in a family room however it was quite small and the pull out bed was not comfortable at all. It’s in a good location. One of the staff were extremely rude which was disappointing as the rest appeared very respectful.

Great stay

Great location for Bernabeu, shops and restaurants. Skybar was lovely although hard to find any shade if you wanted it. Room was comfortable and breakfast brilliant. Only downside was the room was a bit dusty.

Within 10mins to Madrid Football Stadium. Taxi into Gran Via. Shopping street one block over. Taxi rank outside hotel. Child friendly football table, games machine. Some nights a sweet cart out. Rooms clean, hotel really clean, staff friendly. Swimming pool small but very nice roof top area and dip pool. Disability friendly

Just don’t eat at the bar, terrible food quality

The hotel is extremely tired , the rooms are tiny , this is not a four star property . They are trying hard to be like Moxt hotels but failed . Never eat at the bar/restaurant of the hotel , been living in Spain for five years and it must have been the worst meal ever , and forget the friendly service .

Lovely hotel and rooftop bar, near to the underground station and easy to get to from the Airport. Staffing levels were poor in the bars, but if you are not in a rush the cocktails are lovely
