I selected this property for the breakfast hour, because l was traveling to another places early in the morning But today they did not offer breakfast because "they had no water in the restaurant", however in the room there was water. In summary we paid for breakfast that they did not give us, but they charged us the water we consumed of the minibar. Result we had to travel without breakfast. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Not for families

I don’t think this is a place for families with young children. It is too loud with people drinking outside and in the rooftop. The administration could have an extra person to help the receptionists too. They were lovely, but it looks like they are expected to work in reception and fixing all kind of problems which is impossible. Our balcony window didn't open, the shower made such a loud noise that we could only use it when the baby was awake otherwise the noise would wake her up. If you can sleep with noise, then it's not so bad.

Location was good. Unfortunately we were up till 3 AM because of the noise from the terrace upstairs and we had to get up at 4:30 to get another flight out. Also the water was never replaced when we ran out.

Disappointing stay, especially in light of the fortune we've paid. The hotel needs urgently a renovation. Our room was very small, with no space to open our suitcases. It had a minuscule, old desk that was useless and needs to be replaced. The corner of the walls had big cracks. Breakfast had limited options, although the servers were very nice and friendly. In sum, we had big expectations for our stay in Madrid but we felt we were overcharged for a room that should have costed half of what we paid.

Madrid is a beautiful city and this hotel is located in a lovely but quiet area. If you want shopping, dinner or drinks you just have to walk one block and you find it all.. At night, not a sound. Rooms spacious and bathroom excellent. I highly recommend this hotel
