There are a number of oddly negative reviews about this place. THEY ARE TOTALLY WRONG. Sure, the room had very minor blemishes (of no consequence). But the location has terrific taxi access, is in a very safe clean neighborhood with upscale shops, an indoor mall, VIPS (Mexican/Spanish Denny’s), Starbucks, and a cafe. The hotel breakfast (which you do pay for but it’s not expensive) is awesome. The staff is great. And if you have a family, the quad rooms allow each child to have their own bed, a huge benefit at this price point. This is a great hotel. I would happily stay at their other locations, trust.

The hotel is very well located, that is about it. It is completely run down, shabby, It doesn't have a bar and only a very simple mini bar. I have no idea how it got 4 stars, I would definitely not recommend it.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel, the most a 2 star hotel, facilities are in bad conditions aesthetically speaking, everything worked but needs some TLC, the shower was the only thing my family and I loved. Most of the staff were really polite and helpful, the only ones that need to do a better job is the cleaning staff, there was a lot of dust under the beds like it hasnt been clean in weeks and the hard to reach corners around our room were not clean. There is also a disco club in the back called La Flaca and they pump music till 400 or 500 in the morning rooms are not sound proof enough for that kind of noise, to us it was not something that bother us but, for a review to others is fair to share. If youend up in one of the rooms in the back do not open your curtains there is nothing to see, it looks like an abandon peace of property.

I paid €250 per night (€12 was for breakfast so it was not a free breakfast as your survey indicates) but couldn’t wait to leave. The experience was far from what I expected for what’s marketed as a boutique hotel. The carpet in the hallway was visibly dirty as well as the elevators. The walls in my room were scuffed and in need of repainting. Upon entering the room, I was met with a storage looking area featuring exposed shelves, which gave the space a cluttered and unfinished feel. I was hoping for a more refined and comfortable atmosphere, especially given the price and the “Petit Palace” branding. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. For comparison, my previous stay at the NH in Madrid was significantly better in terms of cleanliness, design, and overall experience.

El hotel está bien. No creo que es ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Los elevadores y los pasillos no estan limpios. El cuarto está bien. Tienen que cuidar detalles como un foco fundido en el lavamanos, el grifo estaba suelto, la regadera de mano se caía. Creo que con un poco de mantenimiento y limpieza el hotel estaría mejor. La ubicación es excelente
