I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this newly renovated hotel. The furniture, bathrooms, and spacious rooms were all impressive. It offered great value for a night in Orlando. I’ll definitely be returning.

Ants took over the room. No blow-dryer. Could not turn hot water on in the sink because faucet was installed too close to mirror. Hair on clean towels. Shower leaking from pipe around wall. I'm sure this place will have mold in the walls soon if it doesn't already.

Beautiful, spacious, clean new and modern rooms. However, they are in the middle of renovating so the TV is not on yet except you tube. They do have an outside pool and the pool area is nice, spacious and clean.

The price point was fantastic, the rooms were quite nice, clean, spacious. But the huge gap in the shower, where the glass door and the glass wall meet, was a good half inch or more gap, and every night i partially flooded the bathroom floor by accident with how much water made it through that gap. The other issue is the exit doors around the building, it would be very nice to see those doors, or at least a few of them around the building, have keypads that unlock via your room key to let you in, so at night guests dont have to walk all the way around the building to get in. Otherwise, staff was amazing and the stay was great, would love to come back.

After checking in and receiving the keys, I was given the keys to a room that was already occupied. The hallway walls all have patches that are discolored, needing a repaint. There was a leak in the hallway with no tiles on the roof. I was supposed to have a pool view, I had a view to another buildings back door with their beautiful garbage. Needless to say, this place is extremely ghetto and I will never be staying here again.

Le camere sono super pulite e sempre in ordine. Tutto il personale è davvero gentilissimo e molto cortese, ti fanno sentire a casa fin da subito.L’hotel è super tranquillo e silenzioso, perfetto per riposarsi bene. Lo consiglio assolutamente a chi cerca un soggiorno eccellente a Orlando. Ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte!

The hotel was renovated, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and in excellent condition, and the shower water was super hot (which I really appreciated). When you have all these features, but in addition the staff treats you in a very special way, including the gentleman named Alex, the hotel manager, who introduced himself and gave us a warm welcome, it makes for a truly wonderful experience.

Everything was spotless, the room was really nice. But we were kind of led to believe that there would be breakfast provided. But I guess it’s a $12 fee per person. Also, we thought it was an 11 minute walk from universal but it’s actually a 30 minute walk so we just had higher expectations besides that great hotel.

Loved how updated and renovated it was. Only a few minor quirks. The windows in my room you can tell were not updating and cold air was blowing through them hard. The shower door also wouldn’t close all the way resulting in water going all over the floor and the little seat ledge thing in the shower was barely hanging on the shower wall. Just 3 tiny things but other than that I loved the hotel. As someone who frequents hotels this was one of the best and cheapest. The tv on the mount being able to move was amazing !
