Requested a room that was not adjoining and on a higher floor away from the elevator. I was put in an adjoining room on the 2nd floor and directly across from the elevator. I complained and they said that it shouldn't be a problem and that was all they could do. I know that it is a request but I do not feel like they gave any attention to my requests. I was traveling alone on a work trip and request for safety and environment needed for work. 2 of the days I was there, the wifi was down for most of the afternoon/evening and also all of the morning/afternoon. It was challenging because I had work schedule needs for internet. The hallways were loud with guests and the noise was so loud through the shared door in my room. Yet another reason why I requested to not have adding room. On my final night, the talking through the walls and the noise from the TV was so loud that I had to call the front desk. It was 2am. I will have to think twice in the future about staying at a Hampton Inn and definitely never stay at this location again.
