The sheets were stained and there were bugs in the room. There was garbage under the bed. The door was difficult open and close and there were people hanging around outside close to the first floor room. The staff would not refund my stay bc they claimed I used the room, which I did not, and she was not pleasant, she just seemed bothered.

We were only there for a quick stay to sleep and catch a flight out in the morning but it was so noisy we could barely sleep. People running up and down hallways at 1-2am. Room was ok. One bed has rips and stains on comforter so that was a problem. I wouldnā€™t stay there again.

Problem with electronic door lock for room 301. Keycard needs to be on keypad while closing and opening door. Very awkward and annoying. Likely long standing as staff deemed to know about it.

Check in was terrible. Hotels.com account is in my husbandā€˜s name, but the reservation was for me with all my info and the lady would not let me check in. Iā€™ve never had this problem. I had to have my husband call her and verify all my info. It was ridiculous. My room was near the interstate and I heard the traffic all night. Also shower was terrible
