Great location. Very close to park. Staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Extra shout out to the hotel maid staff. They kept our room very clean and always greeted us with a smile and hello. Also let us know when we forgot a bag! Highly recommend this Hyatt place for your next family vacation to Orlando.

We always stay at the double tree, they were sold out so we stayed here instead and honestly I think we are going to stay here from now on instead. Just as close walkable distance from universal (it is a far walk if you have small kids or older people but we do it with the ten year old and she is fine) their pool is a little smaller than double tree I think but not enough that it matters. The room was amazing it’s technically two rooms where there is a pull out couch and bunk beds and then another area with a sliding door to separate it off with a large bed for the adults. They have a pizza place in the lobby. The only difference is double trees cookies are free and theirs are four dollars 😂

I stayed in one of the suites, it was very spacious (lots of storage space) and clean. Room had a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to cook during your stay. Only thing is that you have to pay $22 for parking per night.
