Rooms were spotless clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. I liked the 2-queen studio layout with 2 TVs. It felt very spacious. The breakfast was amazing; the eggs tasted like butter and the potato hash was crispy. Coffee was also great, and I liked the fact that they didn't repeat the breakfast items. Staff was very courteous. We walked to Fridays, Tabla Indian restaurant, and to the outlets. Highly recommend Tabla.The shuttle to Universal was very convenient. The pool size was great, but even though the water was heated it was cold for us. I would definitely go back.

Breakfast was great! It had hot and cold breakfast options. Great to use before heading to the parks. Shuttles were on time. Everyone was very friendly!

The room waa good. However breakfast was the same thing everyday. We got fedup of the same thing. There needs to be a variety. Also the blankets were old and worn out. We even got one with a big hole in it.

Staff partially cleans rooms. Left dirty dishes and cleaning is only for 2nd day. If it’s partially cleanings it would be nice to have it daily. However rooms are nice!

Great location for Universal Studios. Convenient shuttle stop at hotel for Universal- free. Staff are VERY friendly and courteous. Room we had was clean but needed some updating. Carpet worn, torn in spots. Tile floor in shower was cracked, chipped, missing few spots. Mattresses very tired and should be replaced. Breakfast, good, clean, well staffed. Overall good value for dollar and would recommend for family trip to Universal.
