We got there and first room we were giving had roaches. We tried another room and we seen a super roach the size of a rat. So we tried one more room and thankfully it didn’t have any roaches that we saw. However we did sleep with the lights on. Please re-amp or have a complete restructure

You know it’s bad when the front office staff says “let me show you the room before you check in.” Guy gave me a full refund and on the way to the room he mentioned that 8/10 people don’t check in after seeing the room due to uncleanliness, lack of security and the area being sketchy. Absolutely embarrassing that a hotel under Wyndham would operate like this and allow it to happen. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I stayed with my partner on March 19th, 2025. We got 1 room 2 people with a king size bed and when we got there they gave us someone else's room key in a room that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in days with the wood falling off the walls and random clutter on the floor. We went to the front desk and thats when we were informed that they gave us the wrong room. So we finally get the right key which is a room all the way in the back of the building which was very sketchy with people laying down with blankets in the halls. We got to the room and put our stuff down and left right away to go to international drive before it got too late. We come back later on and when we get into our room, i saw something run and duck under the bed. It looked like a cat so my partner lifted the mattress to find a cat in the room. We were so tired we figured it got in there when we opened the door so we took the cat out and went to bed. In the morning My partner decided to go to the gas station to get us some drinks and snacks while i stayed sleeping in the room. Not even 5 minutes pass since he left when someone starts pounding on the door asking if someone is in there and i immediately get up and start walking to the door when someone forcefully opens the door, and i ran and put all my body weight to slam it shut and put the metal lock on the door (which i didnt put up because i stayed in bed since i thought my boyfriend would come back soon). He screams that i shouldnt be in there

Don’t bother booking here, even if it is cheap. That amount still isn’t enough to breathe nasty, filthy air. We were there for not even 5 mins, left the room as soon as we entered. I was told I was going to get a refund but they didn’t even do that after they said they would. I ended up have to file a dispute with my bank. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

We entered the first room and the musty smell was very strong, so they moved us to a room with lots of cockroaches and a lot of dirt, then for the third time, we asked to move, then there were few cockroaches, we had only killed about 20 so far and the carpet smelled a lot and was very wet! So unfortunately we had to buy a room at another hotel and leave, because we no longer had the energy to ask to move!

After checking in to the room we noticed dead bugs everywhere and a huge hole in the wall next to the bed. There were a lot of drug heads out side. We had already paid so we decided to switch rooms. It was worse. There were more bugs and the toilet didn't work. It should be called the rat and roach Inn
