Microwave tettering on half wall. Outlets without covers. Paint chipping from wall. We left and booked another hotel. I suggest Expedia remove this property from their site. We had our 16 month old with us and the room alone was very unsafe. Pool is also indefinitely shut down.

The shower was dripping the whole night and even I told guest dwrvix they did nothing to fix it. The carpet in the room looked super dirty, needs a deep shampoo cleaner.

El hotel es un espanto las fotos son anteriores cuando el hotel era Quality, la piscina clouse con agua verde, las zonas verdes secas, los pasillos sucios el desayuno olvidense solo café y agua, en verdad no se cómo está habilitado, y las sábanas , puse unas que compré porque estaban usadas no gastadas USADAS CON PELOS!!

This property advertised free breakfast, yet their juice and coffee machine was down, and they only offered one singular granola bar to substitute. There was a roach in the hotel. It was noisy. They advertised a pool, but the pool was green, gross, and the area smelled like someone died recently. The bathroom was dirty and gross. Towels didn't smell clean. Found a was of hair in the shower before I ever used it.

The bathroom had no curtain. The ceiling plaster was literally falling into the bath tub. Some of the electrical outlets did no work and others the plug would come out by themselves. There were no garbage cans and the doors did not work properly. There were no blankets and the drawers on the cabinets were broken. Will never stay here again.

Terrible experience, well price is acceptable but place is terrible, In the week i stayed i did not sleep one night, the door will pop-up open, would not close from the inside the door had broken safety locks and two time I tried the key to open wouldn't work, place smells like cigar bar wish triggers my asthma, thanksfully i brought my inhaler, Couldn't shower properly there was no clean towels, the shower curtains and the holder were disgusting and were tearing apart. There was dust all over the bed frames and everywhere i could touch, there was no toilet paper. I asked for toiletries and towels and im home and still waiting for the response, I felt So uncomfortable the whole time especially in the bathtub was fixed by a tape, and there was holes in the walls and more indont have time to write all about ot cause i would never finish. #neveragain #dontbook #notworth #need new management

It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, the facilities are neglected and the rooms are really dirty. I had to ask for a room change because the first one they gave me was infested with cockroaches, the second there was a couple but I could no longer move to another hotel and I had to endure it there, what a nightmare. Not to mention the pool, it is disabled and closed. The room is not cleaned unless you ask for it, and the service is also terrible. I advise you to look for another place to stay.

When i got to room and it was filthy. When i turned on bathroom light cockroach and human hair in tub. None of the plug in worked. There was holes in the walls. The window was broken. Curtains dirty and broken. Bed had little black dots on the sheets. On the floor, esp in corners,was about half inch of dirt, and garbage. I could go on and on, but i feel i made my point. Didnt even stay 1 night. I left and went to new hotel.

The place is disgusting, the only night we stayed, homeless people tried to open our room, we notified the front desk and they told us that they would not do anything about it, the pool does not exist, it is a swamp, the photos of the rooms are different from reality, the rooms are ugly, they stink, they do not clean, the surroundings are dirty, abandoned, they are similar to the Walking Dead series...

Don’t stay here

I booked this hotel, one because of the cost and two because it stated in the information that breakfast was available. Upon arrival I checked in and went to the room. It smelled like urine. The carpet was badly stained and damaged. There was hair on the bed covers, and bathroom walls, food crumbs on the countertop. Only had 2 bath towels and both standee or possibly dirty, one hand towel and one washcloth. The shower had mold also. I asked the front desk associate if I could get more towels and was told the hotel is fully booked and there was no way to receive additional towels. When it came time for breakfast I went to the lobby and didn’t see breakfast, I asked if I was late (it was only 8am) and I was told that there is a grab and go breakfast, and was handed granola bars, and told coffee and juice was around the corner. Needless to say I had to go out for breakfast. The hotel was just very disappointing. The only good part of the hotel was it proximity to universal studios.
