The best feature of this hotel was the lobby. They need to work on parking situation (overflow parking was NOT resolved with their parking garage), the breakfast was really basic and bland, and their rooms need updating and cleaning (there were insects on the desk and drawers plus ants in the bathroom). We were high enough (9th floor) so it was quiet.

Room cleaning is once in 3 days. There is no shower gel in the bath. Parking was bit difficult to get a spot. Breakfast is really bad. Absolutely no quality. It is bit disorganized and staffs show don’t care attitude.

Parking is free if you can find a spot. Had to park in an area designated no parking only to wake up and find other guest parked in no parking areas in front and behind my car. Took the front desk 1 1/2 hr to locate the owners. Also had to wait an hour upon arrival because room was not ready. Breakfast was minimal breads, hard boiled eggs and pancakes.

Newly renovated means just some paint and veneer flooring which is loose. The AC sounds like a jet engine when it turns on and the TV only has analog channels. Shower is good. Location is convenient.
