Great location! Just steps to Volcano Bay Water Park and a boat ride away from Universal Studios. We visited also the new Epic park. A bus shuttle took as there from in the front. However, if you plan to visit only Epic, then I would recommend to stay next to it, as the bus ride was about 20 minutes there. If you plan to visit Universal Studios and Volcano bay then this hotel is excellent choice! Clean, fresh feel rooms.

Overall the stay was good. For the most pat the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I liked the fact that the hotel was quiet and a nice reprieve from the chaos of the theme parks. Cleanliness level was good but could be better, especially the carpeted areas. Also, many pool towels and bath towels were stained. Overall good stay and would stay there again.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy access to Universal and Harry Potter themed parks. The room was clean, comfortable, the parking lot is attached to the hotel. The food was decent too. Love that they have a Starbucks there and a souvenir store for last minute shopping. Will definitely return.
