Overall a very nice hotel. Some of the things we didn’t care for though were the front desk staff. We were told that we could charge things at the universal parks and restaurants and then three times they had to call and get approval. Went to the front desk, and the girl was not very knowledgeable or helpful. We went round and round and finally were told they just had to get approval on a certain dollar amount. Why wasn’t that done when we checked in when we said we definitely wanted to use our room key to charge things. Was also amazed at how many people worked at the Starbucks in the hotel, but only one or two were “actually working“. A lot of them were just goofing around. We also were not able to enjoy the hot tub. It was like a cold bath. You would think that during cooler months that would make sure that that was working properly.

Loved the entire hotel so much! Such friendly staff, everyone was so helpful. The elevators were fast so you never had to wait long and the busses were so easily accessible, with Sapphire hotel next door, you are able to use the water taxi to get to City Walk if you prefer! Can’t wait to come back soon!

We had a room on the 8th floor with a nice view overlooking the city. The rooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels. If you eat at the hotel, budget about $20+ per person per meal. The rooftop restaurant has a nice view as well. The location is convenient. The shuttle runs to Epic and Citywalk and we were also in walking distance to ride the ferry to Citywalk.
