Staff support was lacking, they were not helpful at all. We were at the parks all day ubering everywhere bc their shuttle wasn’t available and get back to the hotel to find there is no water available for guests to purchase. All of the vending machines were empty our entire stay. We couldn’t get water from Starbucks bc they were closed. It seems like a small thing but the staff was like oh well.

Room was good size. Had a great view. It was like having a small condo with everything you need. Staff was unbelievably awesome. Marilyn, the front desk who checked us in took care of us throughout the whole duration and was absolutely fantastic. Facility lacked activities for kids but if you want something quiet, safe, and roomy this is the place. Would definitely recommend this place.

Overall it was okay. I appreciated having a stackable washer and dryer and 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. I did not, however, sleep well any of the 4 nights. The pillows were really puffy and the walls must be paper thin. I heard our lovely neighbors at all hours of the night. I heard doors shut, laughing, talking, the tv, toilet flushing.
