super noisy as night club next door and private pool party across the street kept me up all two nights. The hotel kindly offer the ear plugs though which did not help much

We stayed in corner unit 217 with 2 bed, 2 & 1/2 bath and rooftop jacuzzi which we used and enjoyed. The unit had 2 full walls of windows at the corner of Av 10 & Calle 6. SO GREAT! We thoroughly enjoyed watching the activity at that intersection throughout our time there. Staff are welcoming, attentive and accommodating. Yes, you will hear loud music from the nearby clubs Wed - Sat until 3am. Hopefully you have a sleep routine that works for you if you’re not inclined to go out late at night. We are a couple 60 & 69 yrs old and we didn’t mind it too much, we used a sound machine to help drown out the club music. The property is wonderful. There are 2 rooftop pools, the one above the lobby is spectacular. During our stay Jan 10-24, we always had a lounge chair and use of the 2 Bali beds. The pools aren’t heated but refreshing when the hot sun shines. Our unit provided all the conveniences with daily housekeeping. You will need to buy kitchen basics, we went to Walmart at Av 30 & Calle 8. There are also grocery stores down the street from there Av 30 & Calle 14 - 20? We liked it so much that we booked a return trip for March 2025. Hasta Luego

The hotel was clean, well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was close to great restaurants, bars and shops. It was 2 blocks to the beach. The area was very walkable and safe. The pool was small and somewhat unsafe as there were no stairs to enter the pool. For someone with knee issues this was huge a problem. The other issue was the excessive and obnoxious noise coming from a club a few streets over. On Friday and Saturday nights, electronic music blasted from the club until 4:30am. The hotel did provide ear plugs but I could still hear the music.

Next to a loud bar

This hotel was in a great location, and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The room itself was spacious (we had a jacuzzi room). However, there were a couple negatives. Most important was the fact that the hotel was very close to an obscenely loud bar that played music 6 out of the 7 nights we stayed. The music played until 4:15 am (!!!), and prevented us from sleeping on several occasions. It was so incredibly loud that it could be heard 3 blocks away. I know this is not the hotel's fault, however I do believe they should alert their potential clients and work with the bar to have them lower the volume and/or turn off the music at a more reasonable hour. The other more minor issues were that the room didn't have a coffee maker or any complimentary toiletries like a shower cap, the view off the balcony was not good, the view from the pool is not good, and the floors are all hard cold tile.

Hard to sleep with the street noise

The hotel itself was pretty nice. We had a lot of trouble sleeping though, because the noise from the street was HORRIBLE. We were in a room that faced the street (rooms 101-103, 201-203, and 301-303) and the bar next door blasts music until 4am every night. The balcony doors do very little to quell the sound.

Stayed here for a week! And for the price you’re paying this hotel is very conveniently located near fifth avenue, which has all of the shops and restaurants you could want. Hotel and amenities were nice, however front desk lady could be a bit friendlier. Pretty loud in the rooms at night due to two clubs right in front, but if you bring some earplugs to sleep at night you’ll be fine.

The place was clean, there was a drying and washing machine, and it was very close to a lively street with lots of things to do. The beach was right behind that street. It was very comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the building was beautiful. A lot of greenery.
