Mukava mesta

Ihan kiva hotelli, itse hotelli on suht rauhallinen mutta läheiseltä crossfitt salilta kuuluu möykkää aamusta alkaen musiikin muodosta joka kuului ainakin meidän huoneeseen 208. Viimisen päälle ilmastointi ja huone siivottiin joka päivä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Hotellin eri puolilla sijaitsee tripadvisorin mukaan carmenin top 20 ravintoloita, joissa itsekkin muutamassa kävimme.

Lage Gut, Service miserabel

Wir hatten das Hotel für 3 Leute gebucht und das Zimmer war ok, jedoch waren einfach 2 Betten vorhanden, die etwas grösser sind- es geht für 2 Leute in einem Bett, jedoch ist es schon etwas eng. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr nah an der grossen Einkaufsstrasse und man ist auch sehr schnell am Strand. Negativ war hauptsächlich der Service: der Putzservice kam die ersten 2 Tage und hat die Betten gemacht und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Die restlichen Tage unseres 7-nächtigen Aufenthalts wurde ab und zu das Bett gemacht, jedoch erhielten wir weder frische Handtücher noch frische Bademäntel. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption sind keineswegs hilfreich. Jede Information musste man ihnen aus der Nase ziehen und sie gaben sich keine Mühe den Aufenthalt auf irgendeine Weise angenehm zu gestalten. Die Antwort auf jede Frage war 'Nein' und nicht mehr. . Beim Auschecken hat man uns eine in die Brüche gebrachte Tasse verrechnet und ohne weiteren Kommentar entlassen. Von gutem Service scheinen sie noch nichts gehört zu haben. WLan ist ebenfalls sehr schwach.

Super entspannter Aufenthalt

Das Personal war sehr nett und hat mich gut beraten zu Ausflügen oder Strandabschnitten. Die Rezeption war 24 Stunden besetzt. Jeden Tag kleine Aufmerksamkeiten im Zimmer und das Frühstück um naheliegenden Cafe war auch TOP. Würde die Reise genau so wieder buchen. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen aber keine 2 min Fussweg von der 5th Avenue

Très bon hôtel

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hotel au calme, situé à 2 min à pied de la 5e avenue, et à moins de 5 min de la plage. Le personnel est très aimable, serviable, et souriant. L'hôtel propose un petit déjeuner (choix entre 3 menus) mais celui-ci doit se prendre dans un restaurant se trouvant à 5 min. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel et le recommandons.
