Welcome to Condo Iris, in the IT Residences located in Coco Beach, Playa del Carmen. This condominium has a comfortable king bed, smart TV, safe, balcony from its main bedroom. Its bathroom is located right next to its door. The living room is made up of a Smart TV and a sofa, its kitchen is fully equipped. All its rooms have air conditioning and WIFI.



The IT Residences are located just a few blocks from Coco Beach, and only one block from the famous Fifth Avenue. Its common areas are furnished; there are 2 lobbies, 2 rooftops with pools, a solarium, a lounge bar, underground parking, and 2 luxury restaurants. Nice location, close to everything. Enjoyed our selves immensely. Only missing laundry and it would be perfect.

Misleading info

Condo was nice, paid extra for WIFI (not mentioned) Roof top was okay but part of it became a CLUB with music till Midnight.( not mentioned) We chose this place because it was not close to the night life.
