Welcome to Condo Iris, in the IT Residences located in Coco Beach, Playa del Carmen. This condominium features a comfortable king bed, smart TV, safe, and a balcony from your master bedroom. Your bathroom is located right next to your door. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and a sofa, and your kitchen is fully equipped. All your rooms have air conditioning and WiFi.



IT Residences are located just a few blocks from Coco Beach, and just one block from the famous Fifth Avenue. Its common areas are furnished; there are 2 lobbies, 2 rooftops with pools, a solarium, a bar lounge, underground parking, and 2 luxury restaurants. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It's in a very good location, as it's practically where the commercial part of 5th Avenue begins (or ends). Very safe and with very good attention from the staff.

Misleading info

Condo was nice, paid extra for WIFI (not mentioned) Roof top was okay but part of it became a CLUB with music till Midnight.( not mentioned) We chose this place because it was not close to the night life.
