Highly recommend with minor service tweaks

Overall Experience: We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it. The food and beverages met our expectations, we really enjoyed them. We also appreciated that most of the dining restaurants didn’t require reservations, which made things more convenient. Vibe: The resort offers the best of both worlds, you can enjoy a quiet, relaxing atmosphere or a more dynamic, lively experience, all within the same property. Area for Improvement: Customer-oriented service could be enhanced. ie, bartenders seemed hesitant to offer drink suggestions or engage with guest questions, and hosts at dinning restaurants could be more welcoming for a better service experience. Special Shout-Out: Kudos to the bellboys and the spa team for their outstanding service!

So much to do in the resort. We couldn't do it all in a weeks stay ! We booked Platinum Yukatan, so it gave us access to all the restaurants in the 4 resorts. It was a fun time !

Really loved staying at this property. Even though the beach wasn’t usable because of the seaweed staff made sure guest felt relaxed and comfortable at the pool areas. Property is super clean though it does show a little wear and tear in some parts of the room. Room service was great, maid service was great. Poolside service was great. Def would recommend this resort to anyone looking to get away and truly relax.

We have stayed there before 6 month ago. It was wonderful then and we had to stay again. We did stay again and it was nothing compared to our first time. Restaurant ran out of food, refrigerator was not restocked, service was not very good in the restaurants . Room service was excellent. We wont stay there again. We will try another resort next time. All seeweed at the beach but it was not their failt.

The pools were nice. The food wasn’t very great at the buffet , only 1 day we went it was really good and we stayed for 5 days. Tried to go to the restaurants. They were first come first serve , but you couldn’t make a reservation which was annoying. The bars & bartenders were pretty great. The beach was full of seaweed and smelled really bad. The rooms were nice although they went in and took our food out that we were saving for later when the restaurants closed. It was just ok , wouldn’t go back again.

This place gave me f*cking food poisoning to the point where I had to go home early and they refused to refund me for the days I didn’t stay here. The staff was incredibly rude about it. Their amenities were barely ever open or staffed (sports park and gym). The rooms were never cleaned well enough - I saw stains all over the place. But seriously, the food was cold and disgusting. I threw up 4 times over the course of 48 hours and as soon as I got away from their food I felt better. Also the beach was completely unusable for a beach resort. Also they have staff harassing you for “seminars” and getting on you about why you’re traveling alone. The porch door for the swim out rooms never feel securely locked and again, traveling alone I was genuinely afraid. Truly terrible place with terrible policies.

The staff was very helpful. The buffet and restaurants were excellent (except for the Japanese... Terrible - service and food). Our room was not cleaned well before we arrived, small hairs on the toilet, no cleaning was done around the toilet, there was hair in the shower, etc. etc. overall the room was superficially cleaned. Bar staff at the pool were mostly rude, given the way many of the guests behaved I could understand to a degree... But seriously bad service at all the bars. Watching playoff sports in the sports bar one night, the TV's suddenly cut out like the cable boxes were turned off. I asked a staff member if we could get the game back on, she told me to go home. I understand if the cable is out and you can't do anything, but that was not the response. It was just "go home" (she repeated it several times). Concierge staff both in the parking area and in the main lobby were awesome, they helped us get fair rates for travel in the area, set us up with a driver that took us to a cenote, waited for us, and took us back (not an "excursion). All we paid for was the ride to and from (+tip). I had trouble with my credit card when paying a taxi on our way back in from Playa. One of the concierge staff covered the bill for us (we retrieved cash to promptly pay him back). I could go on about the greeting and concierge staff, they were excellent.

Beautiful resort. We stayed on the adults side and as soon as you walk there is a large pond with koi fish and turtles in it. Staff was friendly and helpful. We got massages at the spa and my husband said it was the best massage he had ever had. The property grounds were beautiful with cute beach spots all over. Definitely coming back here and it is in the top running for our wedding location.
