Property was excellently maintained. Food at the buffet was always hot. Kitchen staff worked very hard during every meal. Overall staff; front desk, waiters and housekeepers worked tirelessly throughout our stay.

Nice place with nice people all around. Our beachfront room was very spacious and worked great for our family. Perhaps could have used a little more lively nightly entertainment, however we made it work. Once the beach is rebuilt, I'd go back.

The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The beach was disappointing and unable to swim but thankfully there was lots of pools. Lots of activities but no where to go for a nice walk the beach was blocked in either side.

Unfortunately, this is the first time in 30 years staying at Royal resorts that it was just average. The food wasn’t great and they never kept the buffet stocked. We were told to make reservations for the nicer restaurants a day ahead, I tried reserving two days ahead, and there was no availability. I reached out to our concierge and she said she would look and get back to us and I didn’t hear back from her for the rest of the trip. I’m wondering if this is because Holiday Inn Vacation Club bought them out. 😞

Great service, tasty food and very clean. Great experience overall. The beach is pretty bad but not the hotels fault, they really try their best to clean it up. The only thing that I recommend is working more in their night entertainment, especially for kids.
