Yes amazing location amazing experience!!! Very original and authentic! I once in a lifetime experience for sure! A paradise within a Paradise! The staff and the food from the prices absolutely amazing if you're looking to heal internal external for any kind of trauma medicine for .I would definitely recommend this place

This place is magical. I absolutely loved it, the staff, specially Hef treated me like at home Karina, Steve, Keith and Val were also super kind and friendly Cannot thank them enough for this amazing time with them. The pool was cloudy and did not look fit for swimming. I would not get in that water. The bed sheets were not clean, there was dirt and even strands of hair. I ended up leaving and going and staying somewhere else. I would not go back there personally.

This was our first stay of our big Tren Maya trip. Upon arrival we had some commuting issues but the staff were accommodating, attentive and helpful. We stayed here twice within our 2 week trip. We would recommend this stay to others.

Stayed two nights. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the a/c system blowing cold air has a mold issue. Woke up each morning with bad mold symptoms. The toilets were always dirty throughout the stay. Shower facilities need updating. It doesn’t get quiet until around 1-2 am, as it’s next to some live music each night. First night i arrived, my pillow case has a bit of blood on it, but got it changed fast. All in all it seemed like a nice stay, but it should be half the price as listed. Things are getting out of hand for how expensive tulum is in general for the quality it’s offering isn’t up the the price point.
