One of the best experiences! staff are super friendly and helpful! the hotel is cute, clean, quite and private! The breakfast we had were also very good quality! The hotel is not by the beach but you can easily access to the beach cross the street. The location is great! close to beach but quite. We enjoyed all three nights we stayed there! definitely recommend!

Great hotel, jungle style. The beach is right across the street, you stay in the chain hotels (they have towels and beach service). The food is great! Rooms is more in the romantic/cozy style, lightning is more into some dark mood, but not a problem if you're into that! Service is great, people eager to be gentle and help you out. The bikes (free) are excelent. We liked a lot and do recomend.

Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!

So peaceful. The room was spacious and elegant. Some might find it a bit dimly lit, but I liked getting away from the bright lights. The property is quiet at night and feels light a sanctuary. Its sister properties encanta - directly across the street, and nest a little ways down the street with some peaceful corners to sit out sleep in a hammock, are both connected to the beach and you can go over any time. There is a staircase leading into the property, so be aware of you have mobility issues. The staff was attentive, kind, and very informative. Melissa is particular spent time chatting and helping us choose where to eat and what to do. Nu is right next door, but I found Hartwood (get the beet!) and Wild so much more delicious. I'd skip the alcoholic drinks. Nothing spectacular to them. Spend an afternoon at the Cenote grande swimming and relaxing in a hammock.

I spent my 30th birthday at the Radhoo Tulum at the end of July/ early August and I had the BEST time. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was so nice and accommodating, and the location is perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the 24hr pool was perfect for a night swim! Would absolutely come back and I've already told anyone who has asked about my trip that they need to stay here! Thanks so much Radhoo for the best birthday!

Best pool in Tulum

Radhoo was amazing we stayed here second part of our stay the organized everything from the other hotel Encantada which was also amazing. The hotel is beautiful as for the pool amazing! What's makes it special is the staff so helpful and kind we can't say enough great things about them there all wonderful made it very special for our anniversary. Food and drinks were wonderful. Intimate Service

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Radhoo Hotel. It's a small hotel so they give you an intimate feeling of profeasional service. Alejandro was a favorite concierge who did above and beyond great service for tou, but also the other waiters. Would for sure visit again when the weather is better!
