Dear Guest, we are very sad because your stay with us does not as you expected. Normally we have very nice staff valoration from our guests, this is the reason because we are very confused with this comment. For sure, we will consider it. Your opinion about our location is very personal felling because most of our clients think that it is the best point of the complex. In front of the ocean, with the best sunset in Lanzarote and not so far of the centre but in a peaceful place.
