"This hotel was amazing. It was very modern and very clean. They even upgraded me to a deluxe room, which had more space and windows. It was very roomy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I couldn’t believe I could find such a nice room at such a great price right in the Royal Mile. You have to be careful which ibis you go to since there are two just a block away, but they obvious are used to people’s confusion as they instantly asked to see my reservation, anticipating I first went to the wrong room (which I did).
I still don’t understand why no hotels have Kleenex available, but it’s all of them."
