Staff are professional and helpful. David even remembered all guests' names. I love the design language and style throughout the hotel, form public spaces to the room. Great locations - clsoe to everything but not in the middle of the chaotic. The room is very quiet. Lighting design and pre-set is one of the best in my travel experience. AC works so well -- and quiet. Not easy to find.

Very well maintained room, immaculately clean, daily room cleaning exceeded expectations, very friendly and helpful staff, good location within walking distance to the Ramblas, attractions, and the bouqueria market. We found the hotel to be quiet and the 2 rooms that we booked quiet. (We did not use the hotel’s restaurant or breakfast.) This hotel is listed in the Michelin Hotels Guide, hence passes all of Michelin’s criteria. On the downside, considering what we paid, we saw both rooms to be a little smaller than other hotels we’ve been in.
