This is a clean hotel, if a but spartan and in need if updating. The staff was accommodating, and the location is stellar, right on Las Ramblas. Fine for a night or two, but not much longer. Don’t try to impress a new lover here.

The room was nasic but clean. The mattress was possibly the worst we had ever slept on. Furthermore the subway trains running underneath to hotel added to the inconvenience. On the plus side the hotel is right on the Rambla with a brilliant coffee/bakery nixe door

This was a very well situated hotel, right in the heart of the old town, and very walkable to the Gothic Quarter and El Raval. Staff were lovely and the included breakfast was generous.

Location was great. Comfort was lacking. We traveled as a couple and one of us slept on the twin bed in the room because the double bed felt so small. Breakfast included was delicious and staff was beyond accommodating.

An older hotel (and showing it in places) but clean and quiet. Friendly staff. I was lucky to get a top floor room with my own large private terrace. Included breakfast was good, but not spectacular. Wonderful location.

Street outside under major construction for the next two years. Bathroom facilities are cramped and completely outdated with hanging shower and center of tub where you can experience bursts of scolding water. Included breakfast three out of 10. You have to turn in your room key every time you exit and ask for a new room key every time you enter very hard mattresses and pillows. The mini cool in our room and TV were not even plugged in when we got our room. The only thing good about this property is the location to the Gothic quarter and the main market

The managers appeared to be brothers and they were very friendly and spoke some English. The breakfast -hot and cold- was very good. Their recommendation for dining was excellent! Walking to the placa catalunya, Casa battlo, the Marina and waterfront was so easy! It is towards the end of La Rambla so less crowded and noisy than hotels further towards the Center. Rooms are basic but very clean and functional.
