We have stayed here several times while cruising in our out of Barcelona. Great location to the port and walkable to the city and all the tourist areas. Also there's a hop on hop off bus stop right outside of the hotel so another easy way to get an overview of the city. Hotel has a great friendly and helpful staff. It's contemporary with comfortable clean rooms. Definitely will continue to be our go to hotel when in Barcelona!

Great Experience.

We stayed here both before and after a cruise. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and 5-8 minutes to the cruise terminal. La Ramblas is within walking distance as well as other locations. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff more than very accommodating. Tom was excellent and very helpful with places to eat and see. This hotel is excellent although there is a shortage of restaurants on the premise.

Location was central, check in was smooth. Room was spacious considering our requirement. Staff was well mannered. Breakfast spread was OK (maybe few more hot breakfast options would be nice). Problem areas: In room dining didn’t pick the call despite repeated attempts. Front desk gave reason that they are busy. Had to then order food using Uber. There was no cutlery available in the room, so requested for the same. Funnily, the first agreed to send cutlery to room, but then called that 5 Euro will be charged. Not a big amount, but the staff wanted cash (didn’t understand the logic). Room air conditioning didnt work properly. Luckily, we were staying for only 1 night, so didn’t have to suffer much.

Hotel is beautiful & great location

I'll start out with the positives of the stay: the room itself was outstanding; the view from it was beautiful and extensive. Very nice bathroom suite as well, with both a large bathtub and a double size shower that had multiple different styles of spray. The bed was very comfortable, but we do wish it had been a queen or king size bed instead of 2 single beds connected, as being a couple it felt a bit disconnected. The hotel is in good condition and has a great location as well, right near shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. The room also was filled with nice touches, including a bottle of wine upon arriving, a full dental set and hair comb, blowdryer, clothing steamer, 2 robes & slippers, etc. Overall with the room & hotel itself we were very happy. The negatives: the couple members of staff who checked us in & out were very friendly, but anyone else was a bit rude & off-putting - including calling up for room service, calling for a late checkout, etc. Everything seemed to be an immediate 'No' even if, for instance, the room service hours say it should still be open. We would still stay at this hotel again solely because of how beautiful the room was and the good location, but I do think some of the staff could be a lot friendlier & more polite to guests.

Nothing but the Best!

For us, this was a lot better than anticipated. The location is tremendous; however jetlag got the better of us. We will enjoy the area when we return in a little less than two weeks. We left on a cruise and so the hotel location was excellent. Not quite within walking distance, however only a short cab ride away. The room was exceptionally clean, with that being the case for the entire hotel. From arriving until departure, the staff was wonderful. We had a small bite to eat at the bar and one time had the burgers delivered by robot! I can't begin to think anything negative as this was the perfect escape after such a long and tiring day.

Good overall, but could be better.

Hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But at 27 Euros, the daily breakfast buffet is way overpriced. Also, a lot of the equipment in their upstairs gym needs maintenance.
