We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotless, conveniently located, and the staff were exceptionally friendly—especially Oriole at the restaurant, who went above and beyond. Be sure to include the buffet breakfast in your booking—it was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommended and would for sure stay again!

Overnight stay pre-cruise

We are a family of 3 who stayed overnight in preparation for a Mediterranean cruise departing from Barcelona. The hotel was set in the Gothic section of the city which we enjoyed exploring. The room was on the 6th floor. The elevators were small but efficient. The room included a comfortable king bed and a trundle bed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. A rooftop restaurant and wading pool made the stay exceptional.

We had a great experience here! The location is amazing and the staff really went above and beyond for us. We needed a baby crib brought up and they even gave our baby little gifts and had it all set up for us!

Great location and helpful staff. Only negatives were the elevators were a bit slow and extremely small for your luggage. Other complaint was way too many children in the pool so people could not swim, it's a very small pool.

OMG, first you walk in and the front desk clerks are a delight, after a quick check in they brought us champagne and lemonade. The roof top pool is a must, seeing the gothic church from rooftop is amazing. The location to all sites from this hotel is awesome. We were across the street from a grocery store, the room had a small refrigerator which was awesome. It accommodated all of our snacks. Lots of dinning around and souvenir shops. We stayed 4 nights before hoping on a ship. We added breakfast, which was so convenient, the atmosphere in the breakfast dining was perfect cook to order with buffet style sides.

Best place to stay in Barcelona

This was our favorite hotel in Spain. Such a fabulous location! A fantastic room with an amazing rooftop restaurant and pool. Cava is a good price there too. The staff was nice to help us book a flamenco show and always call us a taxi.

Great clean hotel in the heart of Barcelona. parking is definitely a challenge. There is no on-site parking and you have to park in a public parking lot. The hotel itself has a very boutique feel and is very nice.

hotel is great and everything around it, we loved the stuff and our rooms. only unexpected cons was when maintenance person start work with oil based paint at hallway and all that bed smell went to our room. we were too tired to request new room so we open windows and try get rid of that smell. small interruption ruined our excellent experience with H10.

H10 Madison is First Class

This hotel is first class. From the moment we entered the lobby, our bags were being taken care of, and the check-in was very smooth. They allow pre-and post trip storage of luggage, so if you arrive very early as we did, they will hold your luggage while you go out and enjoy all the nearby sites. Room amenities were incredible. The air-conditioning was excellent as well, not your typical European “air-conditioning” experience. The breakfast buffet was extensive with a variety of choices. You could also order off the menu for hot dishes and it was included in the buffet price. You could get specialty coffees and they had cava, still, and sparkling water as well as several different kinds of juices available. The rooftop bar, pool, and Terrace area was used by my group quite a bit. The pool is quite small, but was very refreshing as Europe was experiencing record highs. The views were beautiful. The menu had many delicious items on it and they definitely had the best sangria we had the whole trip. The staff was wonderful. I would like to highlight Sara, Davi, and Ceci from the dining room, and Oriol and Francisco from the rooftop bar. They were all so amazing, friendly, and fun to talk to. The front desk staff helped us quite a bit with several local items and directions as well as ordering taxis for us. Exceptional all the way around. Highly recommend.
