The staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean. The building needs some TLC, it didn’t bother me all that much, but it might bother others. Don’t let the neighborhood scare you. We stayed there for a week and became a member of the community.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent! Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful with all our questions about getting around the city. Our room was very clean and quiet. Excellent property in the heart of Barcelona. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, great selections and excellent quality. Room was clean and in great shape. Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The only downside was the lack of parking, we had to utilize a public garage a couple of blocks away at 28 euro per day.
