La atención en el lobby fue terrible llegamos nadie nos dio la bienvenida ni tan siquiera nos miraron a la cara tuvimos que decir buenas tardes como personas eduqué amas y entonces reaccionaron. Les comentamos que el aire no enfriaba y que se salía el agua por la puerta de la bañera eso fue cuando bajamos a conocer los alrededores,al regresa le preguntamos pudieron chequearlo cuál era el problema dijeron que si y al subir nos dimos cuenta que nadie había ido ,al otro día tuvimos que bajar a buscar toallas pk el agua se iba a dolor del baño hasta la habitación

The breakfast is the best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel across Europe or the US. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. If you are looking for a family friendly spot, look no further, just book it. It’s also very centrally located, near two train stations, right off Las Ramblas and smack in the middle of the gothic quarter. 10/10!

We liked it was in the center of many attractions we visited. Many restaurants and coffee shops. We had to move to another room because the A/C wasn’t working this placed us on the first floor, and being that the streets are very narrow the people and cars sounded like they were inside our room. Trash collectors came st like 3am . Staff was friendly.

For a few night stay in Barcelona, the Rialto was a decent choice for the price. Our room was quite small and tight but it worked out for us. Cleaners did a good job between days. Front desk staff definitely rude but that was somewhat expected as a tourist in Spain. Great location in the Gothic Quarter.

I’d stay here again. The only downside was the noise from being right next to the street—I had requested a quieter room, but it seems none were available. The area is very walkable, which was a big plus. The staff was accommodating and even offered to store my luggage a couple of days after I’d checked out when I was back in the area.

Room is so small, staff not helpful. Light was broken in hallway front of my room entry, making my way dark entering my room. Called reception but no one care and making a repair. I stayed there for 3 nights.
