Estuvimos muy contentos porque el hotel tiene TODO: ubicación, limpieza, atención, desayuno muy bueno, una ducha fabulosa; pero sobretodo los empleados que trabajan ahí son extraordinarios. Yurbban Ramblas was ideally located on Las Ramblas. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and directions. It felt very cozy with a delightful breakfast. The stay was most comfortable although quarters were tight

Wonderful experience. If I could give their customer service a rating higher than 5 stars, I would double it! The welcome and check-in experience made such a good first impression. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Service was excellent and their team was very knowledgeable. Great for a family of 4. Conveniently located to must see places. Cool rooftop area with views of city. Plan to stay there again and highly recommend!

Fun stay in Barcelona

Service from the front desk staff was outstanding! Hotel is located in a great area of Barcelona at the top of La Rambla. The room was very small at 17 sq. meters making it hard to store suitcases and clothes. The bed located on a pedestal was tricky to access. Bathroom was very intimate and should not be shared with someone you don’t know well. The happy hour and rooftop patio was enjoyable and greatly appreciated. We would stay here again, but next time would upgrade to a larger room.

Attentive service

The service at this hotel (both daytime and nighttime) was exceptional. David was particularly attentive and charming. Location was great for shopping on Las Ramblas. Although it was noisy outside at night, it was quiet in the room once the patio door was closed. The best part was wine on the rooftop from 7-8pm. Would definitely stay again!
