I ordered a handicapped room with a walk-in shower due to my mother is in a wheelchair. I didn’t receive one in the room. They gave us didn’t have a handicap toilet, but they did have bars to hold onto in the shower and in the toilet area at this time, they could not change rooms, but they did try to accommodate. The staff was very good.

My room was not even close to the elevator but I could hear it running at all hours. It was a constant noise. I picked this based on what the rooms looked like on the site. My room did not have anywhere to sit down. It was overall not comfortable. The bed was hard. The lights were not plugged in and the plugs all were hard to plug anything into. It was worth the price but nothing more.

The hotel and rooms are very nice. The staff are friendly upon arrival and provide an easy check-in. The only downfall for us was that the pool was listed as heated, but it was quite cold so we opted not to go in. Overall a great place that we would recommend staying at.

Pretty nice overall, but didnt appreciate the lack of hot water in the shower. A luke warm shower was not what i wanted after a day of travel. Fitness center was nice, but the television had no reception.
