I have stayed here before and like this hotel. I do have to say that it is in need of a little facelift, especially the rooms. Depending on where you're located it can be a bit noisy. I could hear every sound from the rooms next door and above me. Pillows need some upgrading. The front desk staff are great! I left my favorite shirt in the closet and called from the airport after I checked out The desk agent (I'm sorry I forgot your name) went to my room and retrieved my shirt and is sending it to me. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE! A BIG THANK YOU!!

Hidden gem

This is a hidden gem in a great area of Boston. It's a little hard to find the first time, but worth it! The rooms are not fancy or spacious, but they are reasonably priced (for Boston), safe, quiet and convenient. You can literally see the finish line for the Boston Marathon from the window! And the beautiful public library is directly across the street. I have stayed here several times before, and I'll definitely be back!

Clean, small, great location

The photos were taken from the same spot. I liked the Charlesmark; it's easy to access from the T, and easy to find. Thr coffee and croissants at breakfast are excellent.

Great Back Bay Location

I enjoy staying at this hotel when I am in Boston either seeing family or on business It is small and comfortable. Great location and easy access to the T, shopping and restaurants.

Hotel in great location but rooms need a bit of TLC. And breakfast could be better, haven't stayed there in years but there used to be oatmeal and bagels as well as pastries.

Buena ubicación y habitación. La puerta del baño no cerraba, las paredes son muy finas y se escucha todo, nos despertaron varias veces durante la noche. Reservamos Queen bed y nos dieron double. El desayuno es un croissant y un té.

Everything from the service to the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. The hotel was at the heart of Boston with walkable destinations but was close to public transportation as well. Will definitely be staying here again when I’m back in town.
